 I aired an interview with Urban Scout on his new book "Rewild or Die: Revolution and Renaissance at the end of Civilization." 
This brilliant work talks of the process of undoing our agricultural based civilization and supplanting it with a hunter/gatherer/horticulture based society by undoing domestication and undermining the grain based, military/empire supported practices which ultimately destroy the vitality and viability of the soil, cause environmental degradation, lead to overpopulation, and essentially enslave everyone to the unsustainable practices which are the result of domestication.  Tim Sutton and Matt Senzatamore - Rat Boy /Rat Boy Jr (pick one) came down to the lunch room to play y'all some tunes new and old from their child and adult repertoire.
The second hour of Radio Active Lunch was filled with freestyle music from the Radio Active Lunch Orchestra (featuring Deborah Gillespie on Flout, Rick Birmingham on Violiscious, Mike Lutomski on Purrcussion, Peter Elliot Newman I - VI on Trout, The Invincible Vincestrumentalist Vince Tampio playing Miles, and RadmanX w/ special sauce) with special guest vocalist from the Hip Hop group Tri-Stayte including Mr SemSemu, Jay.Dot and others.

 Quatrane - A young and gifted group of local jazz musicians (all attending the Jazz Studies Program and SUNY New Paltz) came to grace the Lunch Room this afternoon.

 Psychadelic Rock band Breakfast in Fur out of New Paltz (NY) played the LunchRoom.
Band Members: Dan Wolfe (guitar, vocals, etc.), Kaitlin Van Pelt (vocals, keyboards, etc.), John Wittison (bass), Mike Hollis (guitar), Steve Olenski (drums) Dan Morganstern (pedals, percussion, etc.). I spoke with Dr. Debra Karnasiewicz - the founder for the Women's Health and Fitness Foundation about the 10th Annual Women's Health and Fitness Expo on May 1st in Kingston.
