This day I aired an interview (as Part 1 in the series) I conducted with International Law expert Professor Francis Boyle. This interview was conducted last June and the nature of it is about the Bush Administration, War Crimes, the origins of the NeoConservative Movement, and international law. Part 2 of the series will be aired next week.

This day also began two new features on this program. In addition to the War Criminal of the Week Award and the magical word of the day, you will hear the first installment of the "I've been to" series - based on MLK's famous "I've been to the Mountaintop" speech. Today I went to the supermarket. You will also hear the first installment of "The Joys of" (everything considered social taboo). Today we discussed the joys of smoking

Listen to 12 Hour Shift >>

I was pleased to be joined by the very gifted 12 Hour Shift (Shayna Lewis- Vocals, guitar, harmonica/ Scott Sheaffer- Bass/ Christopher Sheard- Vocals, guitar). Potent lyrics on social and politcal issues reminiscent of Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger and packed with recognizable influences from Folk, Rock, Jazz and Blues, these guys are a must listen.

I offered comments on Robert Wexler's (D-Fl) frying of Rice in recent congressional hearings regarding trumped up pre-war 'intelligence', and read a bit from Francis Boyles "Breaking the Rules".
