I was joined in the Lunchroom by Euro Techno Trance House band "Pleather" (you may know them as the Euro band "Concrete Pillow") featuring Nigel Perry and Hopscotch Johnson on Basses, Malcolm Lowry on Percussion, and Frances Gauloises on Guitar. I interviewed an anonymous expert on Vegan BDSM paraphernalia which I intended to air this day but later found out that I could not broadcast this as it is a serious violation of FCC regulations as it amounts to a serious obscenity. I tried, desperately to qualify it under FCC guidelines as something having cultural, scientific, education, or moral value but that didn't fly. I was, at least, able to discuss what I was not allowed to discuss and therefore touched on the topic to raise public awareness about the options we have in terms of deriving corporeal pleasure.

Live Unimprovised Music with the Radio Active Lunch Orchestra "Immaculate Misconception" on RadioActiveLunch plus:
The most important interview you will ever hear about the true nature of humankind's propensity for peace and for war.
Remember, the opposite of love is fear and the opposite of fear is courage. The opposite of courage is impotence and the opposite of that has something to do with reproductive fitness. So if you are fearful of being sterile/barren, and love ain't your thing, tune in to radioactive lunch for the one and only parthenogenic monoploid ensemble of raging instrumentalists engaging in a bold display of acoustic recklessness.

I was joined in the Lunch Room today by the founders of The Vegan Initiative, Evan and Jesse Stormo and Adam Roufberg, to discuss their organization and their petition to create a national holiday to recognize the exploitation of animals. Be sure to check out and sign their Animal Day Petition. We spoke with Dr. Will Tuttle, author of the World Peace Diet - the quintessential book on veganism which explores all aspects of veganism including: the nature of our indoctrination into a culture of denial and disconnect wrt to the massive brutality perpetrated against animals, the health aspects of a vegan diet, the effects of factory farms on the environment, the sentience of non-human animals etc. I conducted an interview with Professor Gary Steiner on his recent NYTimes Op Ed piece Animal, Vegetable, Miserable and other works regarding the sentience of animals and the predominant anthropocentric view of the human animal which discounts the self-worth of others. Jesse, Evan, and Adam played some live sounds behind the interview with Professor Steiner.
