Matt Senzatimaore, local musician know for his performances with ensembles such as Wooden Rope and Lost in the Sauce and currently performing with Tim Sutton in Ratboy, joined me in the lunch room for a tribute to Frank Zappa. Senzatimore is a  true Zappophile so we should be expecting a diverse array of selections from Zappa's multitudinal works. There is a slight chance Tim will show up and then we'll be listening to Ratboy.

Woodstock Farm Animal SanctuaryJenny Brown, founder of the Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary discussed animal rights and human rights. The recent media attention to Michael Vick's cruel and inhumane treatment of animals overshadows the continued abuses against animals which are part of everyone's everyday Radio Active Lunch and Jenny and I will be talking about that lunch on your Rattling the Cage: Toward Legal Rights for Animalsplate, where it comes from, and the social, noral and environmental issues which undercut the Michael Vick case that you, too, may be GIULTY of.

William O'Really joins me for the Oh Really! factor this week to discuss animal rights as the foundation of human rights. We'll be taking a look at some of the founding principles of this human rights based democracy and discussing some of the principles which Animal Rights Lawyer Steven Wise discusses in his fine book "Rattling the Cage: Toward Legal Rights for Animals" which put all animals on the same rung in the Great Chain of Being.
